The location was great and the room exceeded our expectations. I must say hats off to the exceptional service we received from the hotel staff. We were heading home and just entering the state of Kentucky when we realized that we had left personal documents in our room. We immediately called the hotel and informed them or our mishap. The manager informed us that she already had our information locked in her office. Furthermore, she explained that they use a program called "ileftmystuff.com" for times like this. The manager emailed the link, we submitted the required information, selected how we wanted our information returned and in less than 30 minutes received a tracking conformation number. The process was quick, easy and a big relief.

The team at this hotel was extremely accommodating at a very busy time of year. The location was perfect for NY Eve. Walking distance to the Space Needle. The choices at breakfast were incredible - best I've seen and obviously very convenient. Parking was convenient and gain the staff was very helpful.

We were in town to get married and when they heard this, Crystal and Emily upgraded our room. They were also helpful in finding the places we needed to visit before our ceremony, giving us detailed directions on a map of the area. The breakfast and view were also very nice.
